Guests tend to like the location of this hotel. The A406 and A13 combined offer a simple route through to Central London yet there’s plenty to keep you occupied in the immediate area too. Shopping and dining options are plentiful.

You’ll find the rooms at this hotel offer clean and comfortable surroundings. The new Hypnos beds certainly seem to be a hit with guests. Other amenities in the rooms are not exactly extensive but do include all the basics. The lack of air-conditioning doesn't seem to cause any issues.

You can expect a friendly greeting from the staff at the Premier Inn London Loughton / Buckhurst Hill. The team seem to genuinely care about ensuring that guests at the hotel have everything they need and are enjoying their stay in the area.

Although guests leave plenty of positive comments about the rooms, a fair few also comment that they are a little on the small side. This seems to be particularly the case in family rooms when put-up beds are placed alongside the regular king-size.

Although this hotel doesn't pretend to be something it’s not, a number of guests were surprised to find just how basic it is. Items like mini-fridges, radios, phones, hair dryers and irons were among those missed by guests.

A number of reviews refer to problems encountered with the free Wi-Fi. Apparently, once you connect to the Internet, the connection is less than stable. This can be a little frustrating to say the least. Allow room in your trip budget to upgrade to the premium option if you can’t do without Wi-Fi during your stay.
