Rooms are extremely comfortable and feel like home.
The rooms are clean and are like little slices of home, with comfy textures, colours, and details. They're of a quaint country charm, the kind of ambiance that makes you want to curl up and snuggle, after a day out exploring the lovely region.
positive:
Beautiful scenic location with great parking.
Parking is thankfully ample, which is welcome relief for many travellers. You're surrounded by the peaceful Cornwall scenery, and near several sites of interest that make this such an appealing holiday.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Spiral staircases can be challenging for some.
Although a nice touch to the décor, the spiral staircases are not for everyone. If you have mobility issues or heavy or numerous pieces of luggage, you may want to request a ground floor room.
negative:
It's disappointing to have to go out for dining.
It's a let-down for many that Snooty Fox Inn does not offer any other meals except for breakfasts and Sunday lunches. Even though going into town to get something to eat is another opportunity to check out the area, it's disappointing that dinner is not an option onsite.
negative:
Walls are so thin that you hear every little sound.
Bear in mind that the floors and walls here are very thin, so seemingly every sound does travel. Whether it be voices in the hall or neighbouring rooms, water or flushes in the bathrooms, or miscellaneous noise coming from guests or staff, you may prefer to have ear plugs handy.
