Positive Reviews
positive:
This is a pet-friendly place.
Mercure Manchester Norton Grange is pet-friendly, which is wonderful for those who like to travel with their favourite canine companions. Your dog will love it too because there are lots of great walks to be had on the property and nearby.
positive:
The spa is wonderful.
There’s nothing like adding a spa day to your holiday agenda, especially when you can have that spa treatment and then just head back to your room for a cat nap. With the addition of a pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam at your disposal, you can stay relaxed for the duration of your stay

Negative Reviews
negative:
There’s no air conditioning in the guest rooms.
The guest rooms can get rather hot and stuffy at Mercure Manchester Norton Grange in the warmer months, and there is no air conditioning in the rooms to cool you down. The windows do open, so you can get a bit of a breeze, but you should be aware of the possibility that you’ll be overly warm.
negative:
Things can get noisy.
If you are looking for a quiet stay, be sure to book a room on a high floor and at the rear of the property. The ground floor is replete with noise from the spa and the coming and going of other guests and the front of the property is subject to road noise. This is especially true on weekends and during peak season.
negative:
There is a shortage of electrical outlets.
There are not enough electrical outlets in the guest rooms for all the devices that require charging these days. This could be problematic, especially if you are travelling on business, so you might want to bring an adapter with you to give you a bit more charging space or you'll have to take turns charging your devices.
