Negative Reviews
negative:
Low Lights
Several guests thought the lighting in the lobby, room, and especially the bathroom, was too dim and could be improved. Fortunately, the bathrooms do feature a light-up makeup/shaving mirror, but for some guests, that wasn't comfortable enough.
negative:
Limited Room
If you have a lot of clothes, you may be disappointed at the lack of closet space provided. Guests found that hanging items for two people filled up the entire space completely. In addition, the ironing board provided is only half-sized, and some guests found it uncomfortable to use.
negative:
Hidden Fees
Ivy Boutique charges an incidental fee from your card upon check-in and immediately refunds it upon check-out. Several guests were not aware of this and the front desk did not alert them of the charge.
