The Rodeway Inn Springhills offers basic accommodation in a good location and at affordable rates. Most rooms enjoy views of either the mountains in the area or of the nearby forests. Rooms also include air conditioning, en-suite bathroom facilities, cable television (flat screen), free Wi-Fi, mini-fridges, microwaves, coffee makers and desks.

The hotel property is easily accessible from the Interstate 87 off ramp and is well-situated to act as a good base for most sightseeing in the area. Six Flags Amusement Park is just six kilometers away while Lake George Beach State Park and the Queensbury Country Club are both under two kilometers away.

The Rodeway Inn Springhills adds a number of great general amenities and features for the enjoyment of all guests. General amenities include a 24-hour front desk and lobby area, a fitness center, a seasonal outdoor pool, a basketball court, onsite laundry facilities and free self-parking.

The hotel does not provide a complimentary continental breakfast, usually a standard in most hotels. Fortunately a variety of breakfast cafes are close enough to make breakfast easy.

The room walls are thin and there is no adequate room wall insulation to guard against outside disturbances which emanate from neighboring rooms as well as rooms above. Some guests also complain about late night noise issuing from the hotel car park and street as well as light from other rooms and hallways exacerbating disrupted sleep.

The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi service throughout the hotel and in all rooms. However, the signal to most rooms, particularly those upstairs and ones farthest from the hotel reception area seem to struggle to get good signal, making the service near-redundant.
