Additionally, many reported that the team here are fantastically helpful in terms of booking transfers to and from Rome’s airport.
Unusually for a big city property, room size was not an issue at this B&B. On the contrary, guests were impressed by the spaciousness of both their rooms and their bathrooms.
Guests were extremely pleased to find themselves within close walking distance of the Forum and Coliseum as well as a number of local attractions. Those hoping to go further afield were impressed to find a number of bus, tram and metro links close to this property, points which put Rome’s Terimini station within easy reach.
Newcomers to this property – especially those checking in at odd hours – reported some difficulty in getting hold of the reception team. Despite following the check-in instructions, many were left waiting for a number of minutes. This, understandably, started the stays of these guests off on the wrong foot.
In addition to noise from nearby bars and restaurants, many reported that the walls here are very thin. Din from the reception area was also a problem, with sounds filtering into rooms.
Guests reported that odd, unpleasant smells were a consistent issue in this property. While units themselves were clean, these odours made rooms seem less than fresh.
