On the whole, staff at this resort seem to be renowned for their helpful attitudes and it appears that nothing is too much trouble here. Many guests reported assistance with planning local excursions and even lifts to and from the airport. Also, any issues that cropped up appeared to be dealt with promptly and professionally. What's more, all staff - and especially those at this resort's on-site restaurant - are genuinely friendly and interact with guests naturally. For many, this warm reception was the starting point for an all-around great experience.
