Hotel Villa San Juan (Sant Joan d'Alacant, Spain)

The staff very nice and knowledgeable about the area around the hotel. Most of them speak a good deal of English and those who do not,  know enough English to help you.

Free Wi-Fi is offered in every room, and for the most part it is fairly reliable. Guests reported being able to stream movies without too much trouble. Televisions don't offer any English channels, so it is all in Spanish. The tech works, and that's good.

Most guests were very happy with the location of this hotel and especially loved the fact that everything was so affordably priced. One of the reasons for that is that it is about 45 minutes away from the main attractions, which many love. You are close to the city for adventure, but then can return to the hotel which is located in a generally quiet area.

If you are looking for a luxury hotel, then you will be disappointed. But, if you are just looking for a place to crash after a full day of sightseeing and going to the clubs, then this is perfect. Keep in mind, too, that the air conditioning in the rooms also takes a siesta at the most inopportune times.

Many guests have reported that the garages are dark, have no security features or guards, and are, as a general rule, unattended. It is simply not safe to be in them. Better parking can be had on the streets, anyway, so opt for that, instead.

Thin walls are a common complaint about this hotel, as every imaginable sound can be heard by neighbours. You won't have to worry about noise from the street or surrounding areas, but you will hear those living above you walking around.
