Noisy thanks to thin walls
According to feedback, there may be insufficient sound insulation in some of the rooms. Guests were able to hear conversations in adjacent rooms and were also disturbed by slamming doors and noise from nearby lifts. Guests felt that the walls were too thin to effectively soundproof the room. Despite this issue, the noise from the airport and Interstate 95 seems to be minimal.
negative:
Unwanted smells
A few guests mention unpleasant smells in their rooms and in the hallways. It is possible that the hotels' pet-friendly policy partly explains the bad odours.

Carpets showing their age
Several guests weren't impressed with the condition of some of the carpets and flooring in the hallways and rooms. Various comments describe the carpets as old, dirty and stained.
