positive:
Nice terrace and balconies
Guests love admiring what's going on on the street below from their superb vantage point. Either on their private balcony or the lovely roof-top terrace, they can sit back and relax with a glass in hand at the end of a long day or before heading out for dinner.
positive:
Welcoming staff
The lovely hosts are, in general, found to be very friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. They do all they can to accommodate you and help with any issue which may arise.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Mediocre breakfast
The breakfast doesn't go down well with guests. They find it small, of a poor quality and with limited choices.
negative:
Minuscule bedrooms
Guests are often surprised at how small their rooms are. This is particularly an issue when there are three or four people sharing a room. There is little space to move around or store your luggage. For this reason, along with the fact that the rooms are relatively simply decorated, many guests have the perception that they have been over-charged and the hotel offers poor overall value.
negative:
Rock-hard beds
Guests frequently complain of having a bad night's sleep due to the firm beds. Not only are they hard, but they are short and narrow - you may risk even falling out!
