Negative Reviews
negative:
Poor Internet connection.
The free Wi-Fi in public areas and as well as the paid Internet connection in individual, private rooms are slow and unreliable. However, there is a nearby Starbucks where you can perfectly connect to the Internet for free.
negative:
Some rooms are small with no windows.
Some of the rooms are dingy and dark, without having any windows to catch some natural light. Some rooms do have windows, but you may be appalled after finding out the view from there is blocked by a wall. Remember to ask for a room that has a window with a lovely view upon booking.
negative:
Lousy air-conditioning.
Some of the rooms have faulty air-conditioning system. Others have compressors that are wheezing, while some just don’t work at all. If you experience this, do not hesitate to call the management for a room replacement or quick equipment repair.
