The high quality bed was the focus of the positive reviews. Aside from the clean sheets, linens and bedding, most guests were also impressed with overall excellent quality of the mattresses and pillows which were fresh and extremely comfortable.
Most guests commend the well-prepared and fresh made-to-order breakfast provided each day. They had great selection of food such as waffles, omelette, pancakes, and wide variety of wines as well. The choices were delicious and well-stocked so guests were extremely satisfied with their breakfast experience.
Aside from the lack of enough clean towels and free toiletries such as body creams and conditioner, guests also had issues with the poor quality of the shower in the bathrooms. The shower heads were poorly functional and were fairly small.
A number of guests have observed the poor quality of the walls. There were large cracks within the walls from inside the rooms and even in the bathrooms which were caused by old structural design of the property. Therefore, guests suggested that serious repainting is necessary.
No lift is provided on-site. Guests, particularly those who had mobility issues had difficulty climbing the stairs especially if they were placed in the third floor area. Thus, guests are advised to request for rooms within the ground floor area for convenience.
