Positive Reviews
positive:
Just off the main square, walk everywhere.
Rezydent is found just off Krakow’s main market square, within an easy walking distance of all the tourist attractions, as well as the train station, and close to plenty of options for eating out and nice bars.
positive:
Accommodating staff.
Guests found the staff members here to be very friendly and accommodating, and said they proved handy with booking tours and transfers and giving tourist advice.
positive:
Buffet breakfast,and plenty of it.
The buffet breakfasts on offer were appreciated by most of those who ate there, with plenty of different options, including custom-cooked eggs, and no shortage of food, although a few guests would have liked to have seen more cooked options.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No air conditioning or ceiling fans.
The lack of any sort of cooling left some Rezydent rooms too warm for the liking of guests, and the windows were not always possible to open due to outside noise disturbance.
negative:
Some street noise possible for front rooms.
Those rooms facing onto the street have been reported to experience some noise from the street until below until the early hours, so perhaps take some earplugs with you, just in case.
negative:
No lift for some quarters.
If you are looking to stay here, keep in mind that two of the three sections of the hotel do not have a lift — the lobby is not connected to all parts of the hotel — and so, there may be some stair climbing involved in your stay.
