Hotel Park Inn by Radisson Krakow (Kraków, Poland)

The staff members at Park Inn Krakow were overall found to be friendly, polite and helpful, with a great standard of English.

Guests considered the hotel to be conveniently central, right next door to the ICC Conference Centre, within walking distance of the old town and Wawel Castle, or even quicker, take the buses and trams. A few found it a little far out at first, but fine once they figured out the public transport system.

You will find the rooms to be spacious, modern, clean and secure, and some guests mentioned their room as sporting lovely city views, some even looking out to Wawel Castle.

While some found Park Inn Krakow’s breakfasts to be fantastic, with enough on offer to keep you satisfied, others said the contrary, that the selection of fare on offer was poor, especially for the price, which a few thought was too expensive.

The parking was considered to be expensive by some of those who stayed, especially when compared to other Krakow hotels, but other guests did very much appreciate the quality and handiness of the secure underground parking.

A few of those who stayed and booked double rooms were unhappy to instead receive a twin room, or to have two twin beds simply pushed together.
