Negative Reviews
negative:
Uncomfortable futon
There have been complaints about the futon that is present in the living area, as it is said to be quite uncomfortable on which to sleep. This has led to people not getting any sleep at night, if they were unlucky enough to be designated to this futon.
negative:
Not enough parking
Guests have been unhappy about the lack of parking at this hotel. Although there is some parking in the driveway, there isn't enough to accommodate everyone when the property is at capacity. As a result, guests have been forced to drive around the block to located their own parking space.
negative:
Off-site check in
You don't check in at the actual property, but rather have to find a hostel in the downtown area to receive your key. Guests found this to be inconvenient, as they either had to walk downtown or drive and try to find parking in this busy area.
