As the Morabeza Hotel is an environmentally friendly hotel, the pools are not heated, but this unfortunately causes them to be a bit chilly. Visitors with children find this quite disappointing, as this is one of the fun activities children spend the most time doing.
There have been many occasions where guests have put their towels over a large bunch of sun beds in an effort to reserve them, and don't return until hours later. Other guests would like management to have a rule that prevents this bad habit, in an effort to be fair to "first come, first served".
