Positive Reviews
positive:
Excellent location
The location of the hotel was by far what guests most appreciated about it during their stay. It is right off the interstate, so guests found it very easy to find after what for many had been a long trip. Guests also mentioned that the immediate area had a wealth of shopping and dining options, meaning they never needed to travel far to meet these needs.
positive:
Decent value for money
Most guests felt that their room rate was very low indeed. Taken together with the fantastic location, and the fact that the rooms were basic, but sufficient for a good night’s rest, they concluded that they had received good value for money.
positive:
Very comfortable beds
A number of guests commented that the beds were especially comfortable. Since there really were no complaints to speak of, it seems reasonable to conclude that the hotel has selected a mattress with truly broad appeal.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Exceptionally poor breakfast
Guests really didn’t care for the breakfast at all. The hotel describes it as a simple continental breakfast, but guests felt that, even by the low standards indicated by that term, the hotel’s breakfast was very poor. It was said to consist of little more than cereals, bread and a hot beverage.
negative:
Very small rooms
This was perhaps the most common complaint. Guests were very unpleasantly surprised when first walking into their room. An incredible number said simply that the rooms were too small to comfortably accommodate them, especially if traveling as a couple.
negative:
The smell of smoke pervaded
A number of guests booked into non-smoking rooms said that, while the room may well have been non-smoking, it seemed the smoking rooms were interspersed with the non-smoking, resulting in hallways that always smelled of tobacco smoke.
