The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Milwaukee meaning that guests could reach some of the popular attractions and amenities on foot. Guests were pleased to find plenty of attractions including galleries and museums within walking distance of the hotel. Those who wanted to explore further afield could take advantage of the complimentary shuttle bus.

Guests appreciated the modern decor of their rooms as well as the high quality of the furniture and upholstery. The rooms were described as spacious and guests had plenty of storage space for their belongings. The bathrooms were also said to be well-presented with separate walk-in showers and up-to-date fixtures.

Those who dined at the on-site restaurant said that they were pleased with the quality of the meals which they said were well-prepared using fresh local ingredients. Guests said that there was plenty of choice on the menu and that the service was of an equally high standard.

The hotel overlooks a busy street and guests whose rooms were located on the lower floors said that they found it difficult to sleep at night due to the traffic noise. Those whose rooms were on the upper floors said that they were disturbed by music and noise from the rooftop bar.

Some guests who were expecting scenic views of the city from their rooms were disappointed to find that their suites overlooked the hotel's car park. If you are keen on a picturesque view it's advisable to let the staff know prior to booking.

Guests objected to the fact that they were not able to access some of the facilities, most notably, the rooftop bar during times when private parties were held at the hotel.
