Hotel La Quinta Inn Wichita Falls Event Center North (Wichita Falls, USA)

One of the rare compliments that was often repeated, was that guests found the beds to be especially comfortable. It seems that they hotel has managed to defy the odds and has selected a mattress with very broad appeal.

While not mentioned often, as these two are often taken for granted after a while, it was reported that the Wi-Fi system was reliable and fast and that there was actually a very good range of cable stations available to watch on the TV.

Guests did like the hotel’s location. They found that, being just off the interstate, it was easy to find initially and also great for when they had to get going and head to their appointments or next destination.

While there were one or two compliments, the overwhelming number of guests were very unhappy with the state of cleanliness – of both their rooms and the public areas of the hotel. The complaints ranged from hair clogging the drains to overflowing wastebaskets, but whatever the issues were, they left guests with a poor impression of the hotel.

The hotel is located quite close to the I-44, and guests mentioned that the sound of the cars speeding by could clearly be heard. It does not seem that effective soundproofing has been installed, so light sleepers are advised to bring earplugs.

Several guests mentioned problems surrounding the hotel’s non-smoking policies. Some non-smoking rooms had clearly recently been occupied by a smoker, and this repeated itself in various public parts of the hotel as well.
