Positive Reviews
positive:
Don't discount the advantages.
The hotel, rooms and public areas are kept clean and in good order. It's on the East side of the city but there's easy access to the downtown amenities. A big attraction, though, is the location next to the Water Park … and the generous discounts available to guests!
positive:
Very competitively priced.
The price is as advertised, there's an elevator, so getting in and out of the hotel is easy. Rooms are comfortably furnished and decorated. The cherry on the cake … or cheese on the pizza … is the fact the eating needn't cost a fortune. Those pizzas delivered by Sliders are top notch.
positive:
Really nice staff.
It seems to go with the brand, but staff members are really nice and friendly. Difficult to imagine that any hotel has staff better than this.

The green, green grass of home
On behalf of all dogs; we don't like relieving ourselves on gravel, in fact many of us don't know what it is and find the entire process confusing. Please supply some grass, just like the stuff we have at home!
negative:
Water Park has a lot to answer for
The park draws legions of semi-wild and completely unsupervised kids whose only purpose seems to be to disrupt the stay of other guests. Even well behaved pets have difficulty getting to sleep with this racket going on well into the night. *WHERE are the parents?!

‘Resort Fee'? … Get a life
Many guests said this hidden fee is a joke. It adds to your bill but gives you nothing in return, other than a couple of free drinks and access to the child infested hot tub. Really, they should be giving a substantial refund.
