Positive Reviews
positive:
Clean, individually decorated rooms.
The exclusive accommodation on offer at Interno 9 consists of three guest rooms which are all individually decorated in warm tones with strong accent colours. The orthopaedic beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious and very clean.
positive:
Friendly owner.
The owner of the guesthouse greets guests personally and offers friendly, helpful service. Guests feel comfortable making requests and the owner is also able to offer great advice about the area along with extensive tourist information, making a visit to Rome really easy to plan.
positive:
Great location.
Interno 9 offers easy access to the metro connecting it to the city. Another plus is that there are loads of great restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate area, making it very convenient to grab a quick bite or to get necessities on your way in or out.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Lack of air conditioning.
There are no dedicated air conditioning units in the rooms and although there is a ceiling fan, on really hot days or nights it does little to cool the room down or add adequate ventilation and air circulation.
negative:
Can be quite noisy.
The area is quite lively with a considerable amount of traffic moving through the area at all hours. Room Monet faces the busy Marconi Street, bearing the brunt of traffic noise. Light sleepers may wish to book one of the other two, quieter rooms instead.
negative:
Limited breakfast options.
The guesthouse does not actually serve a breakfast on the property but instead offers vouchers for a simple breakfast at the café across the road. This consist of very basic pastries, spreads and coffee which, for most would be rather too little.
