If you love to start your day with a hearty breakfast, then you will not be disappointed with what's on offer here. The breakfast is served from early on in the morning, and is always replenished as soon as stocks get low. Guests will be able to choose from a variety of hot and cold dishes.

There have been quite a number of complaints from travellers about the rooms, as well as the bathrooms at the Heart of England being way to dark. There seems to be a lack of good light because of the low voltage of bulbs used.

Although the guest rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, guests have complained about the window ledges being dusty, and cobwebs found in the corners, and on the ceilings. Some visitors have suggested that a good spring clean be done once a month.

There are some evenings where the air-conditioning units switches on and off regularly, creating a loud noise throughout the night. Guests have complained to management who were happy to call maintenance to rectify the issue.
