Visitors state that the accommodations at the property are really big and offer enough space for you to stretch out after a long day of exploring Bangkok.

There are a number of convenience stores, restaurants and street food stalls around the hotel. Guests say having all this around the property was nice as it means you can find all the food you want within walking distance.

Travellers were happy with the fact that the property provides you with a few items for free. You will find free bottled water in your room and free coffee can be enjoyed in the lobby each morning. Complimentary toiletries can also be found in each room.

A couple of travellers point out that the staff at the property isn't able to communicate in English all that well. They are welcoming and friendly but it can take a few attempts to get your request across to the employees working at the hotel.

The hotel's location is a ways away from Bangkok's central business district and some of the city's more well known areas. Several visitors note that it can be difficult to get to these destinations as the public transportation options are somewhat limited. In addition to this, both of Bangkok's major airports are about 30-minutes away depending on the traffic.

There is Wi-Fi at the property but it is only available for free in the lobby and common areas of the hotel. A few guests were frustrated by this policy and add that it would be better to provide complimentary internet throughout the hotel.
