Guests liked the complimentary daily happy hour, which included pretzels and homemade tortilla chips and salsa and offered an opportunity to mingle with other guests.

The hotel includes a pool, a hot tub, a steam room and a sauna, and the shuttle service and the complimentary breakfast buffet were another huge hit. Guests found the rooms to be pleasant as well, since they offered plenty of space and comfortable beds.

Guests were appreciative of the professional and friendly attitude displayed by the entire staff, and they found them to be knowledgeable and helpful.

Several guests reported finding their rooms dirty upon first entering them, and a few noted that housekeeping staff did not show up to clean the rooms as often as requested. Not all carpets were sufficiently cleaned, which is why guests recommended keeping your socks on. A few guests noted that the housekeeping staff was at times a bit inconsiderate, as carts and piles of dirty laundry were placed outside rooms in such a manner that they impeded the flow of traffic a bit.

Guests reported that the rooms were in need of an overhaul, as the appliances such as the fridge and microwave were old, some of the bathroom items like sinks, showers heads and tiles were damaged, and the furniture was starting to age as well and could use being replaced. The good news is that the hotel does intend to start renovations in the fall of 2015.

A few guests noted that service provided during breakfast isn't always efficient and proactive enough to accommodate all guests.
