The Château de Pourtalès is located in the green setting of the Pourtalès's Park to the north of Strasbourg, only 3.3 km from the European institutions and 5.3 km from the Cathedral of Strasbourg. Built in 1750, the Château is a witness to the history of Europe. It has welcomed great musicians, philosophers and poets such as Albert Schweitzer, Franz Liszt, Napoleon III, Empress Eugénie Il to name but a few.
