Always eager to be welcoming and helpful, the staff are also very well informed about the area and willingly make suggestions about what to do and see. Many guests felt like family members due to the warm way they were treated, and said they could hardly wait to return.

Guests remarked that the staff obviously cared a lot about presentation. From the condition of the rooms to the spread of the breakfast items, guests said it seemed staff were very conscientious and never overlooked the basics, plus often went beyond expectations.

Guests were usually very satisfied with the position of this hotel. They reported it was walking distance from restaurants, and also in an area that's well served by the area's public bus system.

Although fans are provided, this property does not have air conditioning. Some guests were more bothered by the absence of that amenity than others, and that often depended on the time of year that they stayed here.

Guests reported that it was too easy to hear neighbouring occupants because the soundproofing seemed almost non existent. Even when fellow guests were not being very loud, they could still be heard. Some guests were also bothered by street noises. With that in mind, bringing earplugs may be a good idea.

Some guests had trouble staying connected to the Wi-Fi because they said it seemed like the signal was not strong enough. Using the Internet was particularly tricky in the rooms.
