Negative Reviews
negative:
Escape the Din
Occasionally, a sleep-deprived guest reports an issue with noise. Rooms with poor sound insulation have led to disturbances from corridors and adjoining rooms. Ground floor accommodations and those closest to the hotel's popular games room seem to be worst affected. Reviewers recommend requesting more tranquil second-floor rooms with no units above.
negative:
Hot and Cold Guests
Some travelers aren't happy about the air-conditioning and heating units in these budget condos, and have had their otherwise great experiences tarnished. Visitors in the height of summer have occasionally found their accommodations stuffy, while some winter visitors have spent a shivery night in under-heated condos before requesting extra blankets the next day.
negative:
Self-Maid
Though many revel in the privacy and independence afforded by their self-catering condos, some guests complain of inadequate (or nonexistent) housekeeping services. Resourceful travelers advise requesting extra towels on arrival and then using the on-site laundry to keep them fresh, while those staying a while might have to request a change of bedding.
