In a heritage house in the historic center of the city of Cuenca, Hotel Balcón del Arte was established as an alternative to accommodation. Since our beginnings, we have assumed a high degree of social commitment, positively transforming the concept of accommodation and contributing to the tourist, artistic and cultural development of the communities or cities where we have a presence and, above all, bringing our visitors to different cultures and traditions. Convinced that a hotel is not only a place to stay during a stay, but fundamentally the nexus of the guest with the city, its culture and its people.
