    The rooms here were found to be spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, with great free Wi-Fi and some were reported to boast stunning views across the water to the mountains and out over Reykjavik.

    You will find the breakfast buffet to offer a wide range of hot and cold dishes — said to be tasty and of good quality — and even have takeaway breakfasts if you have to head off to the airport for an early flight.

    Remodeling was still taking place at the time of writing in mid-late 2015, and while there had previously been noise during the daytimes, many found this did not negatively affect their stay too much, and this seemed to especially be the case for those who stayed later in the year.
