Positive Reviews
positive:
City centre location close to major attractions.
This place is slap bang in the middle of Sydney, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. There are many sights to see in the New South Wales capital, and staying here puts you close to them all!
positive:
Room rates are very reasonable for the location.
Booking a room here won't hit your wallet too hard because the rates are priced to please. If you're visiting Sydney on a tight budget then this hotel should be right up your street.
positive:
Helpful staff take care of any problems for you.
Everyone working here is friendly and professional, ready to assist you if there is anything you need. Just ask a member of staff about things to do in the area and they will offer you lots of ideas.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The free Wi-Fi is slow and hard to connect to.
If staying connected to the internet is a big deal while you stay in Sydney then you'll be disappointed by the free Wi-Fi here. The signal is patchy and doesn't reach all of the rooms, but even when connected the speed is frustratingly slow.
negative:
Noise from nightclub downstairs can be disturbing.
There's a busy bar and nightclub on the first floor of this property, and on the weekends it can be open late into the night. If you need an early night or are a light sleeper you might want to think twice before booking a room here.
negative:
Some of the rooms are very small indeed.
Don't expect spacious rooms with lots of superfluous furniture at this hotel, the rooms are utilitarian and very compact. If you are travelling with lots of luggage then the rooms here could be too small for you.
