This is a timeshare resort where they entice you with a welcome package upon visiting the concierge, when in fact it is a hard sell to get you to attend a presentation. The presentations last nearly half a day. Be aware that you will probably be repeatedly called to try and get you to buy in to a timeshare.
Many units are badly in need of updates. General room cleanliness needs to be improved like dusting and replacing stained sheets. Older units smell musty like carpets need replacing. Do not be surprised to find ants in your kitchen. There is no daily housekeeping so you are responsible for your unit.
There are no elevators for accessing higher floor units. If you cannot make it up several flights of stairs, be sure to request a ground unit.
