Negative Reviews
negative:
No Lift
Some guests were concerned about the steps from the street to the hotel entrance and reception, with no lift or ramp option. In addition, there is no lift to get to the rooms either and guests found the stairwell quite narrow and inconvenient. If you have a lot of luggage or trouble with stairs, you may want to keep this in mind.
negative:
Noise
Though most guests didn't have a complaint, some found that in some of the rooms, noise from the local pub, street traffic, and the train station can be annoying. If you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring a pair of earplugs as a precaution, and ask for a quieter room.
negative:
Hot Nights
A few guests thought the rooms were uncomfortably hot. Although the windows opened, the street noise prevented guests from keeping them open throughout the night.
