Those guests who love to shop left reviews about shopping across the road, where there was also good places to eat with easy access to restaurant and bars around the shops.

The lobby has recently undergone some renovation and this showed through in a number of comments with guests remarking that it was a lovely spot for an afternoon drink or to meet friends and colleagues for a break.

Guests stopping at the hotel were delighted to find that the parking was free which provided additional value for them during their trip and because of this the comments were very positive about their stay.

A number of guests left comments that they did not receive an adequate maid service during their stay with several travelers who were staying for an extended period of time having a a similar experience of being out all day only to return to a dirty room, which had not been serviced by housekeeping.

A number of guests who rely on a speedy internet connection whether it be for business to keep in contact with the office or for travelers planning their next destination; guest reviewers were not happy with the speed or reliability of the free Wi-Fi at the hotel.

Some guests had a mix up with their reservation and were expecting a complimentary breakfast, only to find that it was not included in their room tariff. Others complained via their reviews that the breakfast that was served consisted of rubbery eggs and leathery bacon. Breakfast was a bug-bear for many previous guests.
