Positive Reviews
positive:
Outstanding welcome from outstanding hosts
Guests - even those left harried by long-distance journeys down the M4 - reported nothing but a warm welcome from the owners of this property. Judging by the comments of past visitors, the owners of this little B&B are hospitality personified. Guests report being welcomed with cups of tea, huge slices of lemon drizzle cake and even a sherry or two. This made for an excellent start of an all-around excellent stay and many guests reported that they - as well as their families and even their pets - were made to feel at home here. Nothing, it seems, is beyond the remit of this property's hosts; past guests report being given directions for local attractions and restaurants and even assistance with tyre repairs. Even better, a number of visitors also reported that the send-off here is just as good as the welcome; many reported receiving another portion of luscious lemon cake upon their very reluctant leaving.
positive:
Clean, comfy rooms
The rooms at this B&B are extremely comfortable and those with en-suites were very impressed by the quality of their showers. In addition, the hospitality trays were well-stocked with good-quality tea, coffee, chocolate and even sherry. This was most impressive, a thoughtful detail that only helped to enhance the quality of guests' stays.

Farm fresh breakfasts
Set on a small holding, it's no surprise to find that the breakfast here is farm fresh. In fact, the morning meal at this property is very popular, with many pleased to find that the eggs come from the B&B's resident hens.
