Excellent location
Guests loved the close proximity of the hotel to the beach, as well as to the city. It is also close to shopping options, bars, restaurants and entertainment, which was very convenient. Buses to many directions can also be found within five minutes’ walking distance from the hotel.

Well equipped rooms
Though basic, guests found the rooms to be well equipped, clean and quiet as well. They found it to be good value for money. They were satisfied with the sheets and the blankets provided, which kept them comfortable and cosy. Excellent Wi-Fi kept guests well connected. They also found the washing machines to be handy.

Easy Check-in and Check-out
The Check-in process was quick and easy say guests. Keys are left for the guests in a security box outside the door, offering them the freedom to come and go as they please.

Room issues
There is no air conditioning, causing inconvenience to many guests, especially in the hotter months. Guests also complained of poor housekeeping. No maid came to clean the rooms, change sheets or replace towels during their stay.

There is no reception desk at the property, and as such no one to answer any questions or address any issues guests might have. This caused a certain degree of inconvenience.

Other issues
Some guests reported that basic toiletries like soap and shampoo were missing in the bathrooms, and guests had to buy them if they needed them. The digital channels on TV were mostly Spanish, causing problems for guests who spoke English or other languages. The rooms are not sound proof, and as such guests felt that privacy is lacking.
