The new Residence Costa Smeralda (inaugurated in July 2007) is set between the green hills and the sea, only 50m from the enchanting beach of Gottammare, and offers its guests a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. It has 21 apartments, finely furnished and provided with all comforts: balcony, fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, phone, hairdryer, electronic safe, satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection. Its outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool, with baby-pool inside, is surrounded by a solarium terrace supplied with sun beds and beach umbrellas. Guests can partake Italian breakfast, drinks and snacks in the inside bar or on the outside terrace. The residence has lift, electronic key system, 24 h reception, play area for children, garage, beach service, laundry and bicycle rent. It is very easy to reach from the highway (A14) exit and it is open all year round.
