    You will enjoy spacious apartments with large bedrooms and a balcony. Penthouse suites have been highly rated.

    Premier Apartments is located just two minutes away from the Luas tram system, which provides easy access into Dublin. The apartments also are located close to area pubs and a shopping center.

    Water pump may keep you up.

    Several guests have complained that each apartment's individual water pump is quite noisy when turned on. Every time something that uses water was turned on – dishwasher, washing machine, flushing toilet, etc. – a noisy pump situated in the middle of the apartment came on and was so loud that it made it difficult to talk at times.

    Issues with cancellation.

    A few guests have complained about the hotel canceling their stay at the last minute due to the property being overbooked, others have complained about receiving fines for canceling well in advance. Some guests who did book well in advance arrived at the property only to be informed the room they had selected was not available, and they were subsequently given downgraded accommodations.

    Several guests who arrived in late hours of the evening had trouble getting into the apartments as they could not find anyone on-site to help them. Waiting periods for help to arrive was a bit long.
