Positive Reviews
positive:
Great location.
This hotel is by all means, perfect for a getaway weekend, especially with it's location. Guests will find that it is just enough out of the way to offer seclusion, and peacefulness, but to still be located close enough that a short trip is all it takes to get into town.
positive:
Reasonable pricing.
For everything that is offered at this hotel, guests will find that the prices are very reasonable. The basic amenities, plus all the extras of an outdoorsy holiday, such as biking, hiking, and fishing, add up to a great stay, at great prices.
positive:
Accommodating hosts.
The hosts at this hotel are very accommodating, and go out of their way to see that their guests needs are met. Guests travelling with pets will find that the whole place is dog-friendly, and that the hosts provide for the furry family members too.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some basic upgrades.
A few basic upgrades are required in order to maintain this hotel as a top-notch location. There are a few issues, such as missing utensils, or appliances not working that require being seen to that definitely put a dampener on one's stay.
negative:
Small showers.
The en-suite facilities unfortunately provide a bit of a task when it comes to bathing time, especially for those that are not as agile. The small showers are a tight fit, and proceed to make the washing up experience rather uncomfortable.
negative:
Extra charges.
Guests not aware of these charges may find that their stay has the potential to be ruined once settling the bill. Wi-Fi is available at a surcharge, and guests are expected to pay for their electricity, too. Not standard practice in many places, and is quite a shock to be presented with these charges.
