Positive Reviews
positive:
Breakfast at your door.
Guests loved the continental breakfast that was brought to their door at a pre-arranged time. They could choose from a selection of rolls, croissants, as well as meat, cheese, yoghurt and cereal. Not having to get up to eat in a breakfast room was a treat for many, and some even had breakfast in bed.
positive:
Clean and quiet.
The majority of guests were happy with their decision to stay at Austria Suites. This was due in large part to the incredible value they received. An affordable rate was made even more attractive by a quiet location away from street noise, with rooms that were thoroughly cleaned.
positive:
Easy to get around.
Guests often found that the only transportation necessary was their feet. They were happy to walk wherever they needed to go, and enjoyed the scenic routes that took them to some of Prague's top attractions. An added bonus was that restaurants near the hotel were just out of the expensive tourist zone.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Separate check-in location.
Guests had to check in at the sister hotel down the street. While most expressed that this wasn't a major concern, some found it inconvenient that they needed to go back and forth.
negative:
Might be worn out.
Some guests noticed that interiors were a little run down at times. A few felt that this hotel had seen better days, and thought that the decor left a bit to be desired. On the plus side, guests liked the bright and cheery colours that apartments were decorated with, and were often willing to overlook minor flaws.
negative:
Wi-Fi let down.
If you plan on doing some work or relying on the Internet at Austria Suites, you might want to double check the Wi-Fi strength. Several guests were left frustrated with spotty or non-existent Wi-Fi.
