Positive Reviews
positive:
Rich history of the hotel building
One of the reasons guests choose to stay at Magnolia Dallas is because of the rich history of its building which is an integral part of the Dallas skyline. Built in 1921, the Magnolia Petroleum Company Building was Dallas' first skyscraper and the first high-rise to feature air conditioning in the whole of the US. In 1934, the company logo of the Magnolia Petroleum Company, a flying red Pegasus, was installed on the roof. Renovated in recent years, it is still a stunning sight to behold as it illuminates the night sky.
